French Quarter - 3029 The Boulevard, Carrara is spread across three French designed buildings. 

The commercial precinct includes Gloria Jeans, Pooches and Pastries Cafe, Cabukee Restaurant, Athenia Restaurant, Kokko Maria Deli & Cafe, MyFit Gym, Your Breathing Space Yoga Studio, Dance Studio, Podiatrist, Lawyers and other professional services. 

Town Centre Residential and 
Town Centre Commercial 

Located at 3027 The Boulevard, Carrara the Town Centre precinct includes a five storey residential building as well as a commercial tower. 

The commercial precinct features professional services which include medical, chemist, dentistry, lawyers, real estate, Indian restaurant and a grocery store just to name a few. 

The Quays 

The Quays is spread across two sections, Quay North and Quay South and are French Inspired builds. 

The Quays was one of the first sections of the estate to be built and completed and includes a fantastic pool and BBQ Area. 

Residences are located in The Boulevard, Central Place, Everglade Avenue and Quay South Drive. 

The Island Apartments 

The Island Apartments is comprised of 7 separate Villa complexes located on North and South Island located Emerald Island Drive.

There is also  and a five storey residential apartment complex "Quay Views" located on Quay South Drive.
